It doesn’t matter how I feel temporarily.
The actions we take have reactions. I’d rather those reactions be positive than be negative. I don’t know what my future holds but my job in this current moment is to do my best to make the reactions of my current actions, be positive.
Vibes Up and living a positive life isn’t about making every day to be filled with all great things and great feelings.
Living a life of positivity is simply about trying to set yourself up to weather any storm. It’s about understating that life has ebbs & flows, ying & yang. But there is no bad thing or good thing that will happen that will set in stone where the wind will eventually take us.
Keep showing up. Keep stacking positive actions. God, the universe and your heart will handle the rest.
Keep Going. Vibes Up.

]]>Live With Intent
There were times in my personal life where I did nothing with intent. I ate whatever I wanted whenever I wanted, I drank as much as I wanted no matter the day of the week. I smoked weed every night.
I thought this stuff was helping me live. I’m not saying all of those things are inherently bad in themselves. For me, they slowed down my growth.
Next month I’ll be 2 years sober from alcohol. This isn’t a post about sobriety- this is a post about moving on from things that hold you back.
Do you not like the way you look? Stop eating the foods you know you shouldn’t be eating, stop watching 20 hours of tv a week.
Things that help me:
-Outdoor walks (45 mins to an hour, no matter the weather - it’ll open your mind)
-Weight Training (lifting weights or strenuous workout clears your head and makes you feel stronger than your vices)
-Read books (10 pages a day is all you need, preferably books that focus on growth)
-Drinking water and eating well. It sounds corny but cutting out over processed foods will make a world of difference in the way you feel.
Do the things that make the future you feel good.
Keep Going, Vibes Up,

Today is a great day, because today we get a chance to chase our dreams and make our lives better.
Worked all day today and now it's 11pm and we're about to make some merch! I'm making some custom one of one designs for people who have reached out and said they've wanted one after putting the offer on instagram. I have an overstock of plain white tee's (hey there delilah) (song reference) and am really enjoying getting creative with them for you all.
If you'd like me to make you one, happily will do it - $20 + shipping and you'll have your own 1of1 custom designed by me !
Here's the lesson of the day - don't poison yourself. Be careful what you surround yourself with. Work on your mental strength and dont allow things into your life that cloud that.
Social media plays a huge role in this, unfollow the pages or people that arent contributing positively. If you see their post(s) and it affects you negatively - unfollow the page.
Focus solely on the things that expand your mind and help you grow so that you can put all of your efforts in to the things that will propel your life forward.
Something that I have done on this, is if I'm working out, I'll listen to a podcast or watch a youtube video that teaches me something that I'm interested in or expands my mind on a new subject. I listen a lot to Max Out with Ed Mylett and RealAF with Andy Frisella.
Another thing - read a book. I know I hated reading growing up, but over the past couple of years, I realized that reading is actually super beneficial to expanding our minds. Why sit in bed and scroll tik tok or mindless scrolling of social media, when you can feed your mind with something beneficial.
A few books I've read this year:
- The Seven Spiritual Laws Of Success ; Deepak Chopra
- Endure; Cameron Hanes
- Big Money Energy; Ryan Serhant
- The 48 Laws Of Power; Robert Greene
- Principles; Ray Dalio
- The Power Of One More; Ed Mylett
I'm currently reading "The Time Machine of Consciousness - Quantum Physics of Mind" by Menas C. Kafatos and Deepak Chopra. (I have to fully disclose that this book makes my brain hurt. massive words and explanations lol)
Point is, fill your life with beauty and things that make your life better - cut out the things that dont.
You are in control of your life, and you are free to be yourself.
Thanks for being here - email vibesupclothing@gmail.com if you want a custom white tee.
Keep Going,
Tom

I hope you all had a great day today! Another gorgeous day out. Last night we released a new shirt that says "You're Free To Be Yourself".
Be you. Be the best version of you. I have it as our mission statement at the bottom of this page.
We are SO lucky to have life. We owe it to the world, to the people that we know, to be our best version of ourselves.
No matter what is going on right now in your life; because we all have our challenges - we can be our best version of ourselves in these moments.
We are our strongest, in our toughest spots. It will never be as hard as it is when you're pulling yourself out of the difficult situation. Whether you're battling depression, addiction, fitness, relationship - the list could go on forever; the strongest moment you have is when you decide to make that change and pull yourself through the tough part.
You can do it. You are strong. Your life doesn't just change, you make the decisions and perform the actions to change your world.
KEEPGOING.

Today was Sunday and it was absolutely gorgeous outside here in Maine. It was 75 & sunny in November? I'll take it!
Kayla (my Lady) and I went for a walk today in a local park, a woman stopped to pet Emmy (Boxer dog, aka Vibes Up Queen) and she started telling us about herself. About her battle with addiction, cancer, recent loss of a friend - I'm not quite sure why she told us all of this within seconds of meeting her but it shared a very unique perspective on life and we were grateful to have the conversation.
She talked about how grateful she is for life, for each day, and for her family. How she raises money for charity to help people who have similar situations as herself. It was a very nice 5 minute conversation that really made us think the rest of our walk.
First, we talked about how precious life really is and that we cant take anything for granted. We could all be in her situation whether we think it's possible or not. Secondly, people are good. Good people still exist in all walks of life. These past few years, we've been told by the media that it's everyone against everyone.
That simply isnt true. Go out in the world, talk to people, have conversations, be friendly. Get off your phone, get off the news, people are always inherently good. That woman may have completely opposite views that I have, but that simply does not matter.
Stop the divide. Be human, talk to people, explore conversation, stop being so guarded in our own little world. Be grateful that we get to share this earthly experience with so many other people who, at the end of the day, are just like us. We are all connected, lets treat each other that way.
It's a beautiful day to be alive. We dropped a new shirt today - you'll see it on our home page, its pretty cool.
Have a great week ahead!

Its a Saturday - a beaut of a day in Maine. Maybe its the weather but I have been on an absolute wave today. Workout this morning went well, had a good day at work, grocery shopped, went for my daily walk and now Im about to go NUTS on some merch work.
Its funny how some days you can just be on a high level. It's super cliche and you've heard it from everyone but it is truly just your mental state.
I was in line at the store tonight and the cashier and a customer were talking about some hardships they were going through. I normally dont listen much to others conversations because i typically cant understand what people are saying to me if i dont give my absolute full attention and try to read their lips(if you dont know me, I have profound hearing loss and cant hear out of my right ear). But I couldnt help but listen and have empathy for what they were talking about. (always remember that you could stack your problems up and someone else would gladly take them in trade for theirs)
The woman in front of me was in a powered sit down cart (theres probably a better way to describe that but idk how right now) and she was struggling to put her bags in the cart so I had her sit down and I took care of it. I didnt think much of it because its just the correct thing to do. Her and the cashier apologized for taking so long in their conversation - I told him - man its saturday night and Im at the store, I got nothing to rush for. The woman was grateful for the help, and I couldnt help but think how many times in a day, we dont stop to help.
I need to work on this too, so maybe it will help you. We have to stop rushing. There are some things we need to get done quickly so let this not get confused. When I say we need to stop rushing, I mean we have to live in our moment, in the present.
Every.single.action in our entire lives has led to this very present time. The present is fully deserving our utmost attention. Stop thinking about rushing to get home, rushing to the event, getting pissed off the someone cut in front of you on the road. Every single thing led to this moment for a reason, live in it, enjoy it.
Maximize the present - it is literally all you have.
Life is beautiful and I'm happy you're here. Enjoy your weekend. I'm going to work on some apparel

]]>Can someone who doesnt read blogs, be a blogger? In a world flooded with podcasts, am I the hero you need? (Shoutout HeroTheEmcee). I have a gripe against those recipe blogs that tell you someone's whole life story before telling you that the way to make oven roasted chicken, you roast chicken in the oven (insert laugh track).
Its a beautiful day to be alive. Tonight we're finalizing some custom shirts for a bachelor party in Atlantic City. What an absolute vibe. Pumped to be a part of it. I only have two tee's left and then I'm going back to the lab to curate the next smashing piece of Vibes Up (TM) Clothing Company (LLC).
Do you like hockey? Maybe I am toying with a hockey inspired hoodie. If it comes out good, you'll know. If it comes out awful, we can pretend this conversation never happened. I never actually played hockey due to incoordination on skates, but man I loved the Mighty Ducks. (The knuckle puck was legendary).
It's Friday night. A wild time in our lives. The way you dictate the schedule of your weekend is a telling sign of how you dictate the schedule of your future. Are you planning on going nutty all weekend? Partying, drinking, making questionable decisions? I've been there and I've lived that life. There's nothing wrong with it but looking back at it, for every good memory I have of those times, I have 9 others that I wish I didnt make. Time to sound corny - positive actions create positive reactions. Make the little kid version of you proud.
Point is, life is too short to waste. A quote that I actually know who I heard it from this time - "Do something today to make tomorrow better" - Foley (artist, photographer, big business guy)
Keep Going. I believe in you and I am happy you exist and got to read big oleee blog #2 with me. Might be hard to notice, but I proof read didnt one this either. (Laugh track insert here)
Email vibesupclothing@gmail.com if you ever need anything. Here to help as many people as I can.
Its a beautiful day to be alive. Vibes to the moon.

This is our first blog. Are we (by we, I mean me. I'm the head of the circus and the clown) bloggers now? Is anyone reading this? I'm not quite sure how I am going to write this but I'm definitely not proof reading or writing more than one draft so stick around for the party.
Today is November 3rd, 2022. My name is Tom. I run Vibes Up (TM) (yeah it's trademarked) Clothing Company LLC. For the first 5 years of business we outsourced all of our production and it cost us (me) a fortune.
In August, I invested too much money in a DTG (Direct To Garment) printer. The Ricoh2000 to be precise. Now we do our own printing! I have had ups, and downs with this machine but it allows me to literally print whenever I want and whatever I want. Creative freedom is through the roof.
This isn't my only job. I love doing it. I work full time as a sales manager at a Ford dealership in Maine. I have had a mission since I started selling vehicles, that I am going to make a positive impact in an industry that sometimes gets a bad wrap. So far so good.
I started Vibes Up (TM dont forget) Clothing Company (LLC) in 2017 as something to help make the world a better place. A better place by selling clothes?? Yes. Our garments are designed strategically to make sure you have a better day once you put them on. Who wants to be the jerk not having a good time in a shirt that says "Vibes Up" on it.
One time a person wearing a vibes up shirt, allegedly got in a tussle with a guy iwho was wearing a vibes up hat. Unreal moment in brand history.
Heres a quote to think about. Cant remember where I heard it so deal with that part with yourself "Your reality is a reflection of how you see the world."
It is quite literally a beautiful day to be alive. Thanks for reading the first blog. I'm happy we made it through this together.
Reach out to vibesupclothing@gmail.com if you ever need someone to talk to. I want to reach out and help as many people in this world as possible. Keep being you.
Keep Going,
Tom
